When it comes to local food and drink there’s no doubt we’re spoilt for choice on the Sunny Coast, and as proud locals, we want to do everything we can to showcase the absolute best of what’s on offer!

Given the state of the planet these days, we reckon it’s pretty important that we all do the right things in an effort to preserve what we’ve got, and that’s why we’ve made sure that we have things in place that do just that.

Where possible we’ll recycle, reuse and repurpose before anything is sent to landfill. You’ll see examples of our commitment to sustainability all around our venue when you visit us. From the shipping containers, furniture, water dispensers, food containers and glassware.

Another example of how we’re offsetting our carbon footprint and doing our bit to fight climate change, is the fact that for every eligible container recycled through the ‘Containers for Change’ program, we donate 100% of the proceeds to the ‘Reforest’ organisation, who plant trees in local reforestation projects.

We’ll also be sourcing our ingredients locally, working with local producers, brewers and distillers to ensure we represent the best of the Sunshine Coast to all our visitors.
